Chicago Tribune story on Dec. 5, 1969. The ordinary news stories
mentioned that they were Chicago cops assigned to the States Attorney's
office on special duty. No mystery or need for inquiring into
conspiracy. Probably but not necessarily the States Attorney was acting
on Hoover's or someone else's suggestion, but I know nothing about that.
