[lbo-talk] democracy in radio selection?

I was wondering if their was a radio station - Pacifica station perhaps - that operated like this: If you pay $25 dollars, you get to vote on what airs, and at what time it plays. The more you increase your monthly contribution by $25, the more your vote will count. E.g. If you paid $200 a month, you will have 8 votes per topic,, verses someone who pays $50 with would be 2 votes. Thomas Kelly
