Woj, I was wondering where you've been -- just last night, intensly in fact. In some ways, I'm glad you're back, but not because of your homecoming missive. I too am heartened by the change of direction in Latin America, but it also seems that the right thing to do is to stay and fight. As for supporting free-trade and outsourcing for your stated reasons....what? How does it steer productive resources? It just sets up huge junk-creating factories....and it does wind up buying more SUV's guns...etc., for the whole food chain that depends upon cheap goods and cheap labor.

Welcome back,

Joanna
