Interesting 'jabs' given the sympathetic tack that HBO has taken with it's production of 'The Wire'. The ongoing middle east warfare and it's resulting recruitment shortfalls for the military may motivate a reduction in the drug war and enhanced recruitment efforts in inner cities.
