SAN FRANCISCO (CBS.MW) -- Rosneft, Russia's state-owned gas company, said Wednesday it has acquired BaikalFinance, the obscure holding company that won the bidding for Yukos, according to wire service reports. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed, Dow Jones reported. BaikalFinance's emergence as the auction winner prompted critics to suspect that the Russian state was orchestrating a takeover of Yukos.
