It isn't an issue -- that is, this "issue" can't be used for agitation, i.e., for attracting new people to an organized movement for change. One can tack a memo on such things away in a corner of one's mind: they might be of propaganda use someday, i.e., with the process of deepening, broadening, and firming up the commitment of someone who is already committed.
What do _you_ want to do with it? What will be achieved by that?
