Not so, "Socialist Worker." I saw reviews in the Washington Monthly by Anatol Lieven, other reviews in Foreign Policy, Foreign Affairs, The American Conservative, The Nation, TNR, The Weekly Standard, The Atlantic had a note by Benjamin Schwarz (rumored to be one of the finalists to be the new editor of the NYT Sunday Book Review, which will de-emphasize fiction) , if memory serves. Another book, co-edited by Bacevich, " War Over Kosovo: Politics and Strategy in a Global Age, " Columbia Univ. Press, 2001. Reviewed in Naval War College rag, http://www.nwc.navy.mil/press/Review/2003/Winter/br6-w03.htm , in which vol. Anatol Lieven has a piece. Other editor is neo-con, Eliot Cohen. Bacevich also edited a collection of essays, from across the soft left-lib, center, right spectrum, published by Ivan R. Dee publishers, http://www.ivanrdee.com/fl_Bacevich_Imperial.htm , " The Imperial Tense: Prospects and Problems of American Empire."
Current issue of The Weekly Standard http://www.weeklystandard.com/default.asp , piece on Kerry, "The Many Faces of John Kerry: His record offers several avenues for GOP attack. Or does it?, " by Matthew Continetti, http://www.weeklystandard.com/Content/Public/Articles/000/000/003/679dmula.asp is running this photo below, of Kerry in '71 during his Vietnam Veterans Against The War days, w/ John Lennon. A blog I found http://www.alltheweb.com/search?avkw=fogg&cat=img&cs=utf- 8&q=kerry+lennon&_sb_lang=pref it on, claims Kerry campaign has been using the photo. http://rhetorica.net/weblogpix/kerry_lennon.jpg http://www.rhetorica.net/archives/2003_07.html
