Why does the US capitalism, the richest, the most powerful and technological country in the world, need to base its rule on a primitive ideology as racism? One can understand if that were the case for less developed/ underdeveloped capitalism society.

-Well, Nazism appeared in one of the most developed European countries, both in economic and cultural matters, and the country where Fascism is strongest now is Austria, a very rich country with a strong socialist tradition. Unfortunately material properity seems not to be enough to contain racism.
