Sorry - not being payign attention adequately to appreciate who asked 
the following question of whom:

are you agnostic on it? This article of course references the Sunday Herald, 
but the Sunday Herald has done lots of reporting on this subject and being a 
Scottish paper, one might expect so. I think they have a lot of info on this 
story because they take a special interest in it and do their own 
investigations rather than just wait for press releases from the State 
Department or Whitehall."

For what it is worth, a ML-ist group in the ULK has long held this to be a frame-up.
