Oh rubbish. Read Harry Cleaver's Reading Capital Politically for an easy introduction to this theme and then read the 'Fragment on machines' in the Grundrisse (starting from about page 700). Marx not only explains this but explains it in a way that is entirely consistent with his critique of capital. Also you might consult the 'unpublished 6h chapter' of Capital, which is I think to be found as an appendix to the Penguin edition - it's certainly to be found on the web - for Marx's distinction between the formal and real subsumption of labour. Then you will, slowly probably, start to understand the relative surplus value strategy of capital and the relationship of science and technology to the question of class struggle and productivity. But don't let your stated drift to the right be informed mainly by ignorance. Tahir
