Iraqis opposed to the Ba'athists and armed criminals must arm themselves and organize their own political force if they want to stay alive in post-US Iraq. No use looking to Americans and other foreigners. The Americans and other foreigners _will_ eventually leave, sooner or later. What are non-Ba'athists Iraqis going to do once the Americans leave?
