--woj, i think that's a mischaracterisation. they label the resistance
"insurgents", supposedly to avoid the 'subjective' and positive sounding
connotations of 'resistance'.  actually it's just to avoid the plain
objective fact that there is an organised resistance in Iraq and it's not
merely Baathist or Al Qaeda controlled...
