moore seems to have a personal infatuation, re his letter gushingly thanking the general for coming to his defense in matters of freedom of speech, but it's mostly that he is a strong, military - meaning killer - type, a colin powell in whiteface, who can beat the evil bush because he is a really tough guy...that can also be seen, especially by elitists, as winning the southern vote...combined with anybody but bush-ism, it could win...
