Not too long ago, there was an anti-abortion ad campaign in the NYC
subways
that featured a large photo of such a fetus with the slogan, "Please
Don't
Kill Me," or something similar.  It didn't last long.  I suspect the
expected
gut response was the opposite of what was intended.
