The slogan remains the same, with or without America's Fool in charge. At no time did the slogan ever correspond to "support for a dictator", except in the larded mind of Mr. DeWrong.
It may only need to be modified with a word about the "independence of Iraq", now that Mr. DeWrongs' political allies in Washington - the actual "dictators of Iraq" that _he_ supports - have taken the place of their Fool.
