The source cannot be smeared by your pro-Bush uncle as 'librul' or soft-headely anti-war (hell, 'war' is in the name of the organization). It's concerns are narrow and hardly anti-imperialist. Still, it's a serious criticism of the forever-war-against-evil and useful for that reason alone.

The Army War College has published a report, which strongly criticises the Bush administration's Global War on Terror (GWOT), and especially the invasion and occupation of Iraq.
