To what extent are right-wing/libertarian arguments (in things like Law and
Economics) undermined to the extent that the Coase Theorem is invalid?

"Invalid"---I don't mean the usual questions about information problems, but
rather endowment/wealth effects, which seems to me to entirely invalidate
the result.
