Not at all. If Bush is forced to accept elections, he's in deep shit. The Iraqi election campaign would coincide with his own, bringing out all the turmoil and anti-American feeling in Iraq right before November. Not to mention the likely victory of Iraqi politicians hostile to Bush's plans. This is why they've been trying to postpone elections from the beginning.
