TS declared: Yes, more dead people, wonderful news, gives me "hope"...makes me want to break into song; maybe we can adapt something from Oscar and Hammerstein for the occasion.

--I know Tom, don't ya wish that instead of having to rely on the deaths of soldiers and iraqi military/police, that the antiwar movement could rely on popular outrage toward the massive death that the illegal invasion has caused? but let's be honest, if the current pace of US deaths isn't kept up...there will be no anti-war movement, whether it's led by ANSWER or your buddies. ---------------------------------------------- Perhaps we could speculate as to how valuable their dead meat is in comparison to an american soldier's dead meat 20 percent, 30 percent, do I hear 35?

--I think it's pretty obvious that an American death is worth a lot more to the antiwar movement. ------------------------------------------ What about just a plain old civilian?

--almost nothing, unless captured on video. between unecessary Iraqi military and civilian deaths, I think we're talking about 15-30 thousand... but it doesn't really seem to have much affect on the antiwar movement in the US, whoever runs it. ----------------------------------------

How much do they fetch on the market?

--ask an economist.
