Well yeah, that makes sense as the obverse of the female fantasy of the penis that never droops. This is so outside the realm of the real, that the fantasy becomes: "if one penis flags, there are more waiting and ready to go..." But, if the fantasy is "unstoppable arousability" why couldn't that play out with men as well as with women?
