[1] Public political/economic policies. [2] Propaganda
The political/economic policies has long been discussed and analyzed. However the propaganda aspect has more to do with the general "blame the victim" rhetoric supplied by much of the right. I'd suggest that those that by into the "blame the victim" propaganda are the ones that need some real political education as much of it is anecdotal but most importantly there is a real lack of a mass Black political movement that can provide a counterweight to the Cosby and "buppie" onslaught upon most poor urban Blacks.
