One of the themes in a new book, "America Alone:The Neo-Conservatives and the Global Order, " co-written by a Cato Instituter and a former Nixon, Reagan and Bush 41 official.

I recommend the text. Authors read widely from paleo-cons to Covert Action Quarterly. However the footnote checking must have been farmed out. Annoying mistakes like calling David Corn, David Korn and first names like Roger and Robert switched, right above and below each other.
