John Kerry and George W. Bush remain tied among all voters nationwide. In a survey conducted July 1-3, Kerry is at 47%, Bush is at 44%, and Ralph Nader is at 3%. Without Nader on the ballot, it is Kerry 49% and Bush 45%.

Overall, 44% of Americans approve of the way George W. Bush is handling his job as president and 50% disapprove. When it comes to his handling of the economy, 41% of Americans approve and 55% disapprove. These job ratings are unchanged from June.
