--- I hate to be a stickler, but so does "Black" when you use it outside the Western context. I doubt a lot of Hutus and Tutsis see themselves as part of a common group... In the US of course you got all the homogenization of the various West African peoples as they had their traditions (plural) stripped from them. There aren't many Hutu-Americans.
