Today's NYT has a death notice for Paul Piccone saying
he died of cancer on Monday and that he is survived by
his wife. Also says a funeral mass will be held for
him today in a church on east 12th street. He was born
in L'Aquila, Italy and came to Rochester, NY, at age
14, got his phd at SUNY Buffalo in 1970, and founded
and edited Telos.
