What was Hitch's problem with Clinton?

A good question.
And it seems Field Marshal Hitchens has been tossing grenades, for several years now, at all things Clinton.
As you say Kell, there are many good reasons to dislike Slick Willy but Hitch's essentially classist (and, in the case of his Kosovo related criticisms, proto-neoimperialist) focus says much more about him and his curious preoccupations than about his target.
