For 70+ years I have been eating what I damn please, and only twice have I gained significant weight (only to lose it without trying): in Air Force basic training and right after I broke my hip. And for years my main exercise was probably a nervous pacing around the room while I was writing. If some (many, actually) don't gain no matter how careless their eating habits (I also have low cholesterol and low blood pressure), than I would assume that many tend to gain no matter what they do.
Anti-depressants (and anti-psychotics) cause weight gain, sometimes extreme weight gain. Not for me. Not for a goodly scattering of people in the Depressive support group.
