He's selling the villa and decamping back to the US (Los Angeles 
area) according to a report in a Sunday LA Times of a few weeks ago 
(now hidden behind the wall). The villa is both hard get around in 
(steep stairs) and hard to keep up. Maybe that is taking a lot of 
time.
