cents. (Things cost much less small towns and villages.) How much it 
would cost in NY?

Armenian lavash (bread) in Moscow (the biggest city in Europe), which is more expensive than most bread, costs about 8 rubles. The exchange rate is about 28 rubles to the dollar.
