20-30 years, maybe. If they can figure out liability laws and environmental laws with regards to the 'waste' stream.
On the other hand if liquid and quantum computing are operationalizable paradigms which also show huge exchange value potential --and there's no reason to suspect they won't be given the 'in principle' experiments that have been done so far, well, let a googleplex of algorithms flow.............
