[lbo-talk] 9/11 Probe is the new terror

I have not read anything from "conspiracists" about the scrambled jets issue but I have always thought it odd that it only took about 20 minutes after suspicions were raised for fighter jets from Eglin (I think) to intercept Payne Stewarts flight. That was how long his mother said it took so I am not certain it's accurate. It was less than an hour anyway. Is there anything worth reading about this? This seems like such a strangely polarizing issue with some people seemingly desperate to latch onto any flimsy evidence and others trying hard to distance themselves from and discredit anything they feel isn't well enough researched so as to avoid the conspiracist label being applied to their work. Maybe it's a way to avoid the issue but I figure the truth of who knew what, if anything, will never be answered to everyones satisfaction so I don't spend too much time on it.
