They have nibbled at that problem by marketing various useless combinations -- not patentable but it provides more shelf space. E.g., not just B-complex, but b-complex+ C, b-complex + calcium, etc. Just another of the wonderful joys of variety. It might help stave off dementia by requiring opening extra neural circuits to get out of the store in less than two hours.
