There's a proposal circulating within WBAI to put programs on a 
rotating 13-week tenure with no presumption of renewal. Apparently 
the thinking is we need more "authentic" voices of the "community" - 
at a station that desperately needs more people who know what they're 
talking about and how to talk about it. My god.
