China's exports are heavily salted by state of the art Japanese/East Asian factories, which pay higher wages and have better conditions than many local firms. It looks like Japanese capital is taking a page out of the EU's book., i.e. resolving its internal accumulation crisis by underwriting demand in its local semi-periphery.
