(which discusses half a dozen deaths in British custody separate and in addition to those in the Mirror article) Robert Fisk reported that this same Queens Lancashire Reginment was responsible for beating a man to death four months ago. It seems nothing was done about it. Except that Fisk was probably "Fisked" for it.
