I'm planning to do my WBAI fundraising special - May 20, 4-6 PM, tentatively - on "The State of the Empire." I've got a couple of ideas already (George Monbiot and Michael Hardt), but I need, um, some diversity. Any suggestions for nonwhite nonmen with some celebrity power who can make the pledge phones ring?
