The capitalists don't occupy factories, workers already occupy them. It isn't a matter of forcibly evicting capitalists from their place at the workbench, it is only a matter of ceasing to follow their orders.

Capitalists don't do their own fighting, they get others to fight for them. Again, all that is necessary is for those others to cease following their orders.
