Harry Dent Jr., who takes credit for predicting the Clinton-era, 
Dow-10,000 "boom", announced at a Morgan Stanley-sponsored talk 
last week that the climax of the baby boomer economy will 
deliver a new and long bull market boom starting in 2005 and 
lasting until 2010, in which the Dow will go up to 40,000 and 
the NASDAQ to 13,000...
