What makes you think Kerry might restore funding to Sec8 HUD? Has he said that is his plan? Do Bush or Ashcroft have a realistic chance of overturning abortion rights? I'm pretty sure the ruling class like having access to legal abortions. Is the White House Office of Faith Based Initiatives actually causing any measurable harm that needs to be undone? The 40 hour work week with paid overtime is sacrosanct with Kerry? You can in good faith claim Kerry will NOT try to change the 40 hr week and Bush WILL try to change it? I'm not arguing that Bush is the better choice but so far no one has convinced me that Kerry is the better choice. A less ignorant, closed-minded, and disgusting person certainly but the argument that a hobbled Bush can do less harm than an empowered Kerry seems at least as possible an any other realistic scenario posited so far. As I said before I really don't know the best choice in this situation and none of the arguments have been terribly persuasive for me at any rate. I would like to be convinced if for no other reason to get rid of the annoying headaches this problem causes.
