When lawyers start getting charged with crimes like providing material assistance to terrorism for doing what every lawyer does in defense of her clients, including giving press conferences, we on the edge of Big Brother territory. Maybe it's just because I'm a lawyer, but anyone who might need a lawyer, which is anyone in politics, ought to worry about thia one. This isn't law enforcement. I have no objection to the US Atty and the FBI going after people who blow up buildings. It's political intimidation. How can you not see this? More astoundingly to me, how can Nathan not see this?
