Look Doug, your are simply wrong when you say that nobody's going for independent progressive politics in this "very conservative country". Since when have we had the party apparatus that the Democrats have at their disposal? Our chance has nowhere near come up yet.

I think the problem may be that you're just brimming over with hate and animosity, which you'll attach to anything that moves. What, you think if Nathan had stumped for Nader/Camejo that they'd be the winners now? Face the world as it is, man.
