This terrorism gap is even screwier that the "values" gap. All of GWB's achievements here have been as a supply-sider, creating as stimulus as possible to increase world output of terrorism. Yet, the sovereign wisdom of the U.S. electorate deems GWB the obvious choice to save their sorry sizable behinds. By this logic, it's a pity that George "The Mad Bomber" Matesky is dead; he would have been ideal to head Homeland Security.
