On the other hand, us blue-state trailer-trash in California won't have to taper off our getting drunk on our cheap local white burgundies ($2.99 a bottle for Charles Shaw Chardonnay, "Two Buck Chuck") and our local boutique bries and camemberts. And following our post-election-binge D.Ts. we can now get more free mental-health benefits thanks to a new special tax on millionaires we passed on Nov. 2.
