Nope. The news article in BBC online is pretty much on target, so check that out if you haven't already. Rice is a close confident of Bush, a la Al Gonzales, and she has been in lockstep with the Bush/Cheney line on international affairs from the get go. There will be no dissent coming from her.
Maybe someone can post links to videos or transcripts of her various congressional testimonies (or lack thereof). Her record pretty much speaks for itself: Yuk.
