Those issues aren't the problem. The problem is that those same institutions you've quoted still indoctrinate millions with homophobia, gender oppression, anhedonic lifestyles, metaphysical-cum-historical nonsense etc. One of the groups you mentioned also has a sordid history of supporting Fascism and is still involved in coming to terms with massive child abuse; the very idea that they are allies on the issues of morals is rather boggling.
