Can you imagine how altered social conditions might reduce abortion? Can you think of any better way to determine if altered social conditions are effecting a reduction than having unrestricted access to abortion and solid statistical evidence?

As any anti-abortion advocate can tell you, once they're outlawed the birth rate will rise quite a bit, proving altered social conditions. No access is the most moral path to reducing abortion. Outlaw, propagandize and 24-7 surveillance of wombs. Millions of workers pee in a cup for drugs already, so the undue burden argument is undercut. Simple stuff, really.
