Is it that, or is he just a useful idiot who has delivered the White House
to them and listens to what they say, so they flatter him?
I haven't been able to watch him perform without constantly being reminded of Chauncey Gardener, the Peter Sellers character in Being There who was an uncanny foreshadowing of Bush. Actually, not quite. Bush the frat boy is also sly, malign and arrogant in a way the humble Chauncey was not.
