Others will probably see it differently, but this (a) will be correct eventually, if not now and (b) makes me very happy that Bush won the election. No DP president would pull out like this. We would have to wait until the other Bush won in 2008 before the troops were brought home. RP leadership simply doesn't have the guts that DP imperialists have. (Remember how Reagan turned tail and ran from Lebanon.)
