The historical experience of these revolutions has been such that future generations will be more cautious about embracing socialist solutions if these conditions reappear.

CB: How do you know that ?

On the contrary, future generations are more likely to embrace socialist solutions because of the historical experience of these revs. For one thing, Marxist theory , ideas and lit is plentiful around the world due to the Russian Rev and other Marxist revs of the 20th Century. The political cultures of most of the population of the world do not have an American or European disdain for the historical Communist revs.

Even in the U.S., the left intellectuals, historians etc. will have a chance to beat out the right in telling the story of the twentieth century, Cold War etc. to the future generations.
