Well, hell, if you had that sort of support it might make you George W. Bush (o.k., the governor support is exaggerated).

CL continues
>>Get rid of corporate personhood, tax wealth rather than income, nationalize certain industries...not to mention prosecuting numerous quasi-religious organizations for abusing their tax exempt status by meddling in politics--and then seizing their assets or taxing them as the partisan political organizations that they really are.>>end of quote

I didn't say you had a mandate to move way from a capitalist system or a mixed system, but rather to use government to solve one problem. Of course, perhaps to solve one problem, you might have to end the whole system. Certainly health insurance (along with war as foreign policy) seems to be a line in the sand for US capital.

Anyway, Curtiss, your response gets a D- for relevance, but a C for enthusiasm and all-around ungloominess.

Hmmmm...isn't this list a bit well, I don't know, self-importantly cynical? I'll have to answer my own question to prove I'm not afraid of squawking the squawk, but I'll leave it to others to decide if I'm a Marxist socialist or not.
